This is a great role in Central Bristol for a Property Development Lawyer / Legal Director to join the Partner in residential and public sector development work.
The Role
- Undertaking fee-earning work and providing a profitable contribution to the work of the department.
- Dealing with your own case load but also working with the partners on major projects
- Supporting junior team members
- Strong management of key clients and major development project work.
- Contributing and managing team performance and participate in team goals and plans.
- Appropriate experience gained from a Property/development work
- Strong experience in a development role
- Strong technical skills
- Ability to produce high quality work
- Aptitude for intellectually demanding work
- Ambition, drive and with a real interest in client development
- Able to work hard and deliver inspiring results
- Ability to work to deadlines with good time management skills
