Scotia Windows and Doors is seeking a dedicated

Customer Care Advisor

to join our dynamic New Build department. This role is based at our Kilmarnock Head Office and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a customer-focused team within a leading company in the industry. This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract with a comprehensive handover and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition. There is potential for this role to be extended or made permanent, depending on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening, communicating effectively, and demonstrating empathy. Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet departmental and company goals. Manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail and data entry skills. Represent the company with a positive and professional attitude. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the customer experience. Handle challenging situations calmly and confidently.

Essential Criteria:

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and active listening. Previous experience in a customer-focused role. Excellent organisational skills and time management abilities. A positive attitude, coupled with a natural curiosity to identify and implement improvements. The ability to remain calm and confident in difficult situations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks under pressure. A professional demeanor that reflects well on the company.

Training:

While the above experience is preferred, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
