to join our team in a dynamic
Administrative Management
role. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified legal professional looking to apply their legal training in a broader organisational context.
Overview
As Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving internal operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting senior management with policy implementation and procedural development. Your legal knowledge will be instrumental in guiding the administrative function of the organisation, particularly in areas such as governance, contracts, and data protection.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop internal administrative systems and processes
Provide legal insight on operational matters, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance
Draft and review internal policies and procedural documents
Support procurement and contract management functions
Oversee data protection practices and assist with compliance monitoring
Liaise with legal, finance, and HR departments to streamline processes
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership
Requirements
Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) within the last 12 months
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in operational management and governance
