Job Description

Registered Midwife Acts as clinical role model Ensure the appropriate reporting of clinical/operational incidents though the Trusts incident reporting process. Respond appropriately to complaints and feedback escalating as necessary. Actively contribute to quality improvement workstreams and Trust mandatory audits. Works within local and national guidance and immediately escalate rationale for any deviations from guidance.

Actively engage in investigation of incidents or complaints as required.
