Overview:

We are seeking a newly qualified, motivated Solicitor to join our well-established and expanding Private Client team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor (0-2 years PQE) in our regionally renowned Private Client Department. The successful candidate will manage a broad and interesting range of matters, acting for a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, families and clients with business interests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The caseload includes, but is not limited to:

Trust Administration

Tax Planning Advice

Probate and Estate Administration

Inheritance Tax returns

Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for a skilled candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

A qualified solicitor with 0-2 years of PQE, ideally in Private Client matters but this is not essential

Excellent client care skills and the ability to manage matters with confidence
