About the role
In this role, you will take center stage as a customer-facing expert, working hand-in-hand with clients to navigate the realm of F5 NGINX technology. You'll guide them in applying innovative solutions to overcome challenges and achieve their business goals. Requirements
Act as a technical mentor for customers, both onsite and remotely, guiding them through the implementation, configuration, and upkeep of NGINX core products--whether working solo or as part of a team. Take the lead on projects focusing on system architecture, solution design, deployment, testing, identifying issues, troubleshooting, and thorough documentation. Stay current with F5 products and technologies through both self-driven learning and formal training opportunities. Join a dynamic technical team and collaborate closely with other departments, including Support, Product Sales, and Professional Services Sales.
