Job Overview:
Lea wharf Medical are looking for two Call Handlers to work within our expanding team. We are seeking a dedicated individuals to assist in the efficient handling and management of incoming patient calls. As a Call Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our incoming patient communication.
Duties:
- Handle incoming Telephone calls
- Navigate patients to the correct care pathways
- Collaborate with team members to provide high quality patient care
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients.
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Patient and understanding demeanour when faced with challenges.
- Approachable attitude towards patients
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with handling incoming communications
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
- Willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
- Professional telephone manner
