We offer a variety of shifts and hours--get in touch and we'll help you find the schedule that suits you best!
We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, supporting both residential and dementia residents. As part of our care team, you will treat residents with the same respect and kindness you would offer a family member, recognising each individual's unique needs and preferences.
Your role will involve supporting residents with daily living tasks--such as washing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and mealtimes--while always ensuring dignity, independence, and choice. You'll also provide companionship, emotional support, and reassurance to residents, helping them feel safe and valued.
If you are caring, flexible, and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you. Previous experience in care is an advantage but not essential--we provide full training and ongoing support to help you build your career in care.
Successful applicants will be required to provide satisfactory references and undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. You must also have the right to work in the UK.
We are committed to recruiting a diverse and talented team who share our passion for supporting others. We believe in the potential of every individual--let us help you fulfil yours.
