OVERVIEW OF DUTIES FOR NIGHT AUDITOR TEAM MEMBER
Handle and resolve any guest feedback and is able to handle them in the most efficient and satisfying manner
Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
Take initiative to add a personalized experience
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling
Front Office operations including nights
Welcomes guests as soon as they arrive with care and attention, with a personalised approach
Handle guest correspondences on telephone, emails, fax, face to face and ensure prompt follow-ups
Manage daily room inventory and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure requested rooms are available according to arrival times
To ensure that credit & cash handling procedures are followed as per the company policy
Handle overbooking/out bookings to maximise occupancy
Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell
Promoting company's ALL loyalty programme

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Night Auditor to join our team in Birmingham, United Kingdom. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations while delivering exceptional service to our valued guests.
Manage guest accounts, post charges, and reconcile payments accurately
Generate and analyze daily financial reports
Perform end-of-day auditing procedures and balance accounts
Provide excellent customer service during overnight check-ins and check-outs
Assist guests with inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly
Collaborate with various departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues
Maintain a safe and secure environment during night shifts
Ensure effective communication during shift handovers
Support front desk operations as needed during overnight hours
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Strong computer proficiency, with experience in hotel management software (Opera Cloud preferred)
Basic accounting knowledge and ability to work with financial data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles is a plus
