Night Auditor Duties

Guest Assistance

- Providing a warm welcome,handling late check-ins and early departures,and assisting guests with any inquiries or requests.

Security & Safety

- Conducting regular patrols of the hotel to ensure guest safety and the security of the premises.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

- Ensuring public areas are clean and tidy,addressing minor maintenance issues,and reporting larger concerns to management.

Reception & Administration

- Managing reservations,handling payments,answering calls,and maintaining accurate records.

Food & Beverage Service

- Preparing and serving light refreshments or room service orders as required.

Required Skills

Customer Service

- Friendly and professional approach with strong communication skills.

Problem-Solving

- Ability to handle guest concerns efficiently and calmly.

Attention to Detail

- Ensuring hotel standards are maintained throughout the night.

Reliability & Initiative

- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.

Basic IT & Admin Skills

- Comfortable using booking systems and processing transactions.
