Job Description

Purpose of the role:

To ensure the hotel remains in order i.e. in general clean tidy state. Be available to answer general enquiries.

Responsibilities:

To have a good knowledge of the Hotel's facilities. Ensure security is maintained at all times. Alarms on and off as required, ensuring that all doors are secured. You must have a full understanding of the importance of proper Duty Handovers. Familiarise yourself with the Hotel's check in/out procedures. Familiarise yourself with the Hotel's Reception computer system. Ensure that you have a good knowledge of the Hotel's policy relating to Health and Safety and Fire Evacuation Procedures. Report any problems that have arisen during the shift. Running the night audits Completing security walks every shift Empty bins on each floor Empty bins in the car park General cleaning in public areas, restaurant and public areas
To undertake any other reasonable requests as made by the management.

Special Notice

During the course of duty you will have access to certain information which demands the utmost confidentiality and discretion must be exercised at all times.

Due to the nature of the industry, flexibility in working hours is essential, you will be expected to be available 7 days a week and be able to reliably commute to and from the hotel.
