Role responsibilities:
These indicators are what the Company can expect to see when the role is being performed to the required standard.
Ensure all standard checklists are used as prescribed.
To be able to deal with any reasonable requests from guests in a professional manner.
Guest property lost / found procedure is adhered to.
To ensure all documentation, i.e. checks/bills are completed as necessary and carried out as per the Hotel and Company Standards.
To strive and anticipate customer needs whenever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
Carry out Night Audit and associated processes
Carry out efficient check in & check out on reception.
Balancing of cash & Credit cards..
Ensure all corridors are clear; fire extinguishers and fire doors are secure.
Conduct safety floor checks during the night.
Clean and tidy public areas where necessary
Help with setting up conference rooms
Carry out timely and efficient Morning Call service as required.
Service of drinks and room service meals according to guest requests.
Any other duties as requested by your line manager
Opera PMS system experience would be an advantage
