The Holiday Inn Express Strathclyde Park are currently recruiting a

Night Auditor 16 hours a week

.

Shifts are from 11.00 pm - 07.00am Monday to Friday including weekends.

We need someone flexible who can cover any two 8 hour shifts per week.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT AUDITOR AT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS STRATHCLYDE PARK

Reporting to the duty manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

You will be responsible to ensure a full hand-over takes place between yourself, Late Duty Manager, and the Nights team.

Your job will be to ensure that all function rooms are set up to the client's specifications ready for the next day.

Ensure the night task list is completed each night.

This includes the following:

Serving at the hotel bar Checking guest's in and out Taking payments Completing night audit and paperwork Cleaning duties
The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive 'can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care. You will also prepare breakfast each night and ensure all night audit procedures are complete.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To succeed in the role of Night Auditor you will need the following qualities and skills.

Proactive attitude Outstanding communication skills Experience within a customer facing role. An upbeat positive attitude Computer literate with a professional telephone voice 18 years or over
