Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Grenham Bay Court . In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals regarding resident needs. Participate in training and development programs to improve caregiving skills.

Requirements

Experience in care or a related field is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with seniors. Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
