Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality support to individuals at Wythall Residential Home, ensuring their safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. Prior experience in care settings is required, ongoing training will also be provided

Duties

Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, Providing a safe environment Providing companionship and emotional support to clients Assisting with domestic tasks including meal preparation and light housekeeping Maintaining accurate records of care provided using IT systems Communicating effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent care delivery Adhering to health and safety regulations and safeguarding policies at all times Dealing with emergency situations

Qualifications

Knowledge of care plans and basic IT skills for record keeping Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Compassionate attitude with a strong sense of professionalism Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.30-12.40 per hour
