Night Care Assistant
Job Description
Elmsdene is a Residential Care Home for service users who require personal care. Established for over many years and we have enjoyed an excellent reputation for providing first class care and we are proud of our industry-based reputation.
We are currently recruiting 2 Full Time care workers working flexible SHIFTS (Nights) to join our already established team. You are responsible for providing the delivery of high quality care to service users in accordance with up to date, evidence-based professional practice and company policies.
Experience is preferable. NVQ 2/3 is also preferable but not essential, however thorough training will be given.
The Responsibility of the role:
Assistance with personal care
Home services such as bed changing, cleaning, laundry
One to one activities with residents
Administration of medication
Liaising with management on the care planning and implementation
Assisting residents in all aspects of daily life
Working together as a team to achieve the common goals.
The successful candidate must be:
Passionate about care
Adapt at learning new skills and improving current ones
Interested in working in the field of Mental Health care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.50-12.60 per hour
