Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team in Bristol. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs while upholding our core values of respect and kindness. This position is based in Bristol and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions.
Foster a warm and respectful environment that promotes residents' dignity and independence.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care.
Support the organization in creating a safe and welcoming community.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience or interest in working within a care home or home care setting.
Strong communication skills in English.
Valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
Knowledge of care plans and procedures is advantageous.
Respect for privacy, dignity, and independence of residents.
