We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support. Develop and maintain care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with these plans. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive environment. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate personnel. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the living environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Drive residents to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their safe transportation.

Skills

Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in a care home or home care setting is highly desirable. Strong IT skills for maintaining records and communicating effectively with team members. Ability to develop and implement care plans based on individual assessments. A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting residents when necessary. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
