Job Description

Duffryn FFrwd Manor Care Home has been established for over 25 years and we are looking for a Night Care Assistant in our Nursing Home to join our friendly team. You must be caring and kind to ensure our residents get the best care they deserve. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided for the right person.

We are looking for someone who would like a long-term career and you will need to be committed to registering with Social Care Wales and completing at least a level 2 QCF qualification.

We are offering the following benefits:

3.00 per hour for any overtime worked. Double time for working Christmas and the New Year and time and a half for all other Bank Holidays (this is not applicable to bank employees).

5.6 weeks annual leave for full time staff (which includes Bank Holidays) and pro-rata annual leave for part time staff.

Meals at a reduced rate.
