22:00 - 08:00 | 3 nights on, 3 nights off

Towy Castle Care Home is looking for a Night Care Assistant who can offer calm, steady support to residents during overnight hours. If you're someone who brings reassurance, patience, and genuine care, this position gives you the chance to make a real difference while working a predictable rota.

About the Home

Towy Castle is a long-established 61-bed care home overlooking the beautiful Towy estuary. We provide specialist dementia and elderly care in a peaceful, homely setting supported by a dedicated and experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing

Helping residents with night-time routines and personal care Providing a comforting presence and responding to needs throughout the night Monitoring wellbeing and carrying out regular checks Supporting early-morning washing and dressing before handover Keeping the environment safe, tidy, and calm Ensuring good communication with colleagues across shifts

What You Should Bring

Previous experience in care (essential) Understanding of dementia-related needs (advantageous) A gentle, observant, and reliable approach NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to complete
