Pay
: We have an excellent pay rate of 12.50 an hour
Shift patterns:
Night shifts working 12 hour shifts, either 2, 3 or 4 days a week
Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, maintaining accurate records.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on care.
Support mobility and personal hygiene, promoting independence where possible.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Our ideal candidates
Level 2 in Health and social care preferred but not essential, but must be willing to work towards
Willingness to learn and develop your skills
Dedicated to providing our residents with a high standard of care and support is essential
Good interpersonal skills and a caring nature
A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference
Good communication and listening skills are essential
Good work ethic
Be able to work on your own but also as part of a team
Be able to work effectively with colleagues and Line Managers
Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
Willingness to support home in covering extra shifts when needed
Honesty and integrity
Hardworking and motivated
Reliable
