Job Description

We are looking for night care staff to join our Team, providing care and support in our small care home for 11 individuals living with Dementia.

The right person would be caring, reliable and compassionate, and keen to self-develop, which we believe is more desirable to use than previous care experience, as training will be given.

You would be required to obtain the necessary diploma (unless you already possess it) in order to register with Social Care Wales. We would offer full support and mentoring in this.

Our philosophy is that with the right care and consideration people can live well and thrive in their autumn years.

22-hour contract available (part-time) over 7 nights per week, and full-time position 33-hour contract over 7 nights, on a rota basis. Starting hourly rate 13.00 an hour, increasing to 14.00 an hour in April 2026. Any overtime, paid at an extra 1.00 per hour.
