Night Care Assistants

to join our friendly team.

About the Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, dignity and safety of our residents throughout the night. Working closely with your colleagues, you'll provide reassurance, personal care and practical support -- helping residents feel secure and cared for during night hours.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support during the night Carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks on residents Keep accurate care records and handover notes Offer companionship and reassurance where needed Maintain cleanliness and follow infection control procedures

About You:

Previous care experience preferred (training provided for the right person) Compassionate, reliable and calm under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexible to work nights on a rota basis
