Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at Martham Lodge as a Night Care Assistant in our residential care home located in Martham. Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, if necessary Supporting residents with mobility and physical activities Promoting independence and ensuring the emotional well-being of residents Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care home team

Requirements:

Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the elderly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team and independently Flexibility to work any nights, including every other weekend Night Shifts are 9pm to 7am

NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
