Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and emotional support to residents throughout the night.
Monitor wellbeing and respond to any needs or emergencies.
Assist with repositioning, toileting, and comfort checks.
Maintain accurate records and handover notes for day staff.
Ensure a calm, safe, and respectful environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential.
A caring and empathetic nature.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a respectful approach to elderly care.
Relevant care qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care) are an advantage.
