Job Description

The successful applicant will be working as part of an established team following a rota basis. Will need to be flexible with hours of working and be able to work alternate weekends. Hours of work will be 8pm - 8am night shifts as required. This position is for a Friday and Saturday- week 1 and Monday Tuesday -week 2, on a permanent 2 week rolling rota. There is also potential to cover holidays and sickness.

Duties will include supporting individuals who live within the Home with their hygiene, mobility , nutritional needs and their rest and sleep with the aim being to maximise their independence and promote their happiness and security. This post will be to cover 24 hours per week over 2 nights, with the opportunity to cover holidays. The successful candidate will be asked to register with social care wales and need to be able to work towards a level 2 Health and Social care if not already achieved

This post is subject to an Enhanced D.B.S.clearance.
