We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Duties

Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility Develop and follow personalised care plans tailored to individual needs Support clients with medication management and health monitoring as required Assist with meal preparation and feeding where necessary Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client conditions Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Support clients in maintaining their independence and promoting wellbeing Use IT systems to update records and manage schedules efficiently Drive or accompany clients to appointments or social activities when needed

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Valid driving licence is preferred to support transportation needs Good command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication Strong IT skills for documentation and record keeping purposes Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in caring for others Organised and reliable with the ability to follow care plans accurately
