The Role
Our Domiciliary Night Care Assistant will be responsible for the provision of a range of care and support services of Trinity Lodge our Assisted living facility and its residents.
The Domiciliary Care Worker will work alone during the night shift providing a range of both domestic and personal care assistance to our residents, supporting our residents to maintain cleanliness of their home to a high standard, as well as delivering personal care appropriate to each resident whilst ensuring dignity, privacy, and choice, always.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year's previous experience working within a similar role. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, we pride ourselves on extensive training programmes to ensure all staff have the ability to meet the requirements of the job, including on-the-job qualification training.
You will need to be caring by nature and have a commitment to caring and understanding the needs of the client group. You will also need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a confidential manner at all times.

Although it is no longer a legal requirement for staff working within CQC regulated Care Homes for Older Adult Care in England to be fully COVID-19 vaccinated, in the best interests of our staff and residents, we have decided to keep it a mandatory requirement to work for our organisation. Therefore, we will need proof of your COVID Vaccination pass.
