Bryncoch (Neath)

Cwmavon (Port Talbot)

Your Role:

As a Night Support Worker, you will ensure the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of the people we support throughout the night. While each person's needs are different, typical duties include:

Promoting a calm, safe, and homely overnight environment Providing assistance with

personal care routines

(where needed) Carrying out

light domestic tasks and housekeeping

Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on individuals' overnight wellbeing Following personalised

care plans

and communicating any concerns Being a supportive, reassuring presence through the night

What We're Looking For:

A kind, caring and reliable nature Good communication and teamwork skills A commitment to promoting the rights, independence and dignity of others Ability to follow guidance and maintain accurate records Flexibility to work some weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis)

No prior experience or qualifications are required
