Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at Braydeston Court as a Night Care Assistant in our residential care home located in Brundall. If you have a genuine passion for caring for others and making a positive impact on their lives, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, if necessary Supporting residents with mobility and physical activities Promoting independence and ensuring the emotional well-being of residents Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care home team

Requirements:

Previous experience in a care setting is desirable. Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the elderly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team and independently Flexibility to work any nights,

including every other weekend

Night Shifts are 8pm to 8am
