Job Description

Night care assistant vacancy at Chatsworth home for 17 hours a week with opportunities for overtime.

The vacancy is for Saturday nightshift 8pm-8am and a Friday evening 4pm-9pm as well as to fill in for holiday cover.

We are looking for someone who will fit in with our friendly, caring staff. Someone who ls energetic, likes to have fun and enjoys helping others.

The position involves assisting older people who have Dementia and other physical limitations with their night time needs which would involve helping them to bed or with their toileting routine, making them drinks, having a good chat with them etc etc.

It is a good job for people with or without experience as nights are quieter and so it enables you to learn the job at an easier pace.

All applicants will need to complete the care certificate which we organise for you weekly until completed.

All applicants will be required to have an enhanced DBS again we will arrange and pay for this.

If you have always thought about working in care but didnt think you had the qualifications, we will arrange the training while on the job.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.30 per hour
