Duties

Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility Support with personal care and hygiene routines in accordance with care plans Help organise and implement personalised care plans to meet individual requirements Provide companionship and emotional support to residents or clients Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems Support with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary Drive clients or residents to appointments or social activities, ensuring safe transportation Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and their families to ensure consistent care delivery

Qualifications

Experience working within a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Valid driving licence is preferred for transportation duties Good command of English, both written and spoken Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and team members Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support others Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.60-14.53 per hour
