Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to individuals in a home care or care home setting. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being, and supporting their independence. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills in English and have the ability to follow care plans effectively.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing and dressing. Supervise clients with mobility, ensuring their safety at all times. Help with meal preparation {breakfast} Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel. Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to health and safety standards.
Experience
Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential for this role.
