We are now looking for compassionate and reliable

Night Care Assistants

to join our friendly team.

About the Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you'll ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care, comfort and security throughout the night. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues to promote dignity, respect, and independence for every individual in our care.

Main Responsibilities:

Support residents with personal care needs, mobility, and bedtime routines Carry out regular checks on residents' wellbeing and safety overnight Provide emotional reassurance and companionship when needed Keep accurate care records and handover notes Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control during night hours

About You:

Experience in a care or support role (preferred but not essential - full training provided) Kind, patient and reliable, with a genuine passion for caring for others A good communicator and team player Flexible and able to work night shifts on a rota basis
