Night Care Assistants

to join our well-established team.

About the Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you'll be an important part of ensuring our residents receive the care, comfort and security they deserve throughout the night. Working as part of a small and supportive team, you'll promote dignity, independence and respect in everything you do.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support with residents' nighttime routines Carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks Offer emotional reassurance and companionship when needed Accurately complete care records and handovers Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards overnight

About You:

Experience in a care or support role preferred (training provided for the right person) Compassionate, patient and reliable Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude Flexible to work night shifts on a rota basis
