Permanent, Part-Time

Hours:

24 hours per week | 2 x 12-hour night shifts

Shift Times:

19:30-07:30

Rota:

Includes weekends & bank holidays

Hawthorn Court Care Home is looking for a reliable and compassionate Night Care Assistant to support our residents overnight. This role is ideal for someone experienced in night care who values consistency, teamwork, and delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Your Responsibilities

Providing personal care and comfort checks throughout the night Supporting residents with mobility and continence needs Offering reassurance, companionship, and a calming presence Assisting with early-morning routines and handovers Maintaining high standards of infection control, cleanliness, and safety

What You'll Bring

? Minimum 1 year's experience in a UK care home
? Good understanding of dementia care
? Calm, compassionate, and dependable approach
? NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
