The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable
Night Care Assistants
to join our dedicated team. You'll play a key role in supporting our residents throughout the night, ensuring their comfort, dignity and wellbeing at all times.Key responsibilities include:
Providing personal care and support according to individual care plans Assisting residents with mobility, toileting, and night-time routines Monitoring residents' wellbeing and responding to their needs promptly Carrying out regular checks and ensuring a safe, calm environment overnight Completing accurate records and handovers Working closely with other care staff and the senior team
About You
We're looking for someone caring, attentive, and dependable, with a genuine passion for supporting others.
Essential:
Kind and patient nature Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable and punctual Willingness to undertake training
Desirable:
Previous experience in a care or support role NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards this)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 11 - 44 per week
