Night Owls Wanted - Care Worker at Howard Court Care Home Ltd

We're looking for a

night shift Care Worker

to support our amazing residents while they sleep, wake, and everything in between.

The Details:

Hours:

2 night shifts a week (9:00pm - 8:00am)

Weekends:

Every other weekend off (perfect for long lie-ins!)

Pay:

13 an hour (because moonlight deserves a little extra magic )

What we need from you:

A caring, calm, and attentive nature (bonus points if you can handle sleepy residents' midnight stories ). A solid background in care (residential, nursing, or domiciliary experience ideal). Ability to stay alert, supportive, and cheerful during the night hours.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting residents with any needs during the night while respecting their rest. Providing reassurance, comfort, and a sprinkle of fun if the night calls for it. Working as part of a team that keeps the home safe, calm, and cosy until morning.
