Night Care Assistants

to join our friendly team.

About the Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you'll provide care, reassurance and support to residents throughout the night. Working as part of a small and dedicated team, you'll help ensure our residents are comfortable, secure and well cared for during overnight hours.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with bedtime and morning routines Carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks Record accurate notes and handovers for the day team Offer companionship and emotional reassurance when needed Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control overnight

About You:

Previous experience in a care or support role preferred (training provided for the right person) Compassionate, reliable and calm under pressure Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible to work night shifts on a rota basis
