This role calls for a chef who can blend maintaining excellent standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced, trend-setting, client-focused environment.

What you'll do:

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standards, ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment. Prepare and cook sufficient food with minimal wastage, ensuring food is served promptly and meets quality standards. Carry out tasks assigned by senior kitchen staff and coordinate with junior team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Adhere to food hygiene procedures and ensure food is correctly garnished, portioned, and stored to avoid wastage. Maintain high levels of customer service, handle feedback professionally, and comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

What you'll bring:

Able to support the sous chef with all aspects of kitchen work Follow menus and operational standards Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume setting Professional cookery or culinary qualifications Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
