Night

Chef de Partie

,you will play a vital role in our kitchen,ensuring the highest quality dishes are prepared while the world sleeps. This is a 48-hour contract,full-time position,5 days a week,with a shift pattern of 11pm - 9am,

Aqua Shard brings the essence of modern London with inventive,British cuisine and carefully crafted cocktails to Level 31 of The Shard.


We serve lunch,afternoon tea,dinner and brunch against a backdrop of stunning panoramic views of London.

Your day at Aqua:

Meal Preparation and Crafting Recipes for Success:

Skilfully prepare and cook a variety of dishes during the night shift,ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality,taste,and presentation

Night Operations:

Oversee the kitchen operations during the night,ensuring it is well-stocked,organized,and clean,while maintaining a smooth workflow and adhering to food safety standards


You will be paid 30,534.76 per annum. In addition,you can be a part of the venue's Tronc system,which may give you up to 11,992.00 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
