Chef - Shetland Islands

Location:

Sellaness / Sullom Voe Terminal, Shetland

Pay:

15.80 per hour

Hours:

Night shift 20:00 - 08:00

Rotation:

3 weeks on / 3 weeks off (some loan working may be required)

What You'll Do

Prepare and cook meals Lead food preparation in your section Support menu planning, stock ordering, and compliance records Train, guide, and develop team members Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen Deliver excellent customer service Assist the Head Chef with ordering and paperwork Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards at all times

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen NVQ Level 2 qualification (essential) Experience in menu planning and large-scale or bulk catering Hands-on approach with strong organisational and team leadership skills
