Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, dedicated and professional Night Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Night Concierge will assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations, embodying the essence of our commitment to outstanding guest services.Working a 40-hour week across 4 days out of a 8 day working week (4 days on, 4 days off), including weekend shifts. Shift patterns are 12 hours between 18:00 and 08:00, as set by the Residence Team Leader.
Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in procedures.
Respond to guest inquiries via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Liaise with external customers, contractors, stakeholders and internal team members within the business to ensure seamless service delivery across departments.
Maintain an organised front desk area and keep up-to-date knowledge services and promotions.
Assist in managing guest complaints with professionalism and courtesy, as a first point of contact
Working collaboratively as a team working towards achieving KPI's
Security and Access controls. Ensuring the building is secure
Site Maintenance
Leasing:
Work alongside internal and external Leasing team, building positive relationships and increasing sales and revenue.
Play a supporting role, where necessary, in touring and leasing prospects, to maximise occupancy and revenue, including following up on leads and sales conversions.
Experience
Experience working in the Private/ Rented/ PBSA sector/ Hotel night concierge or alternatively experience in a customer facing role.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with BTR operations and services is advantageous.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for customers
