Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Customer Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, promoting products, and contributing to a friendly and efficient shopping environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs. Provide information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Handle transactions accurately, ensuring basic maths skills are applied for cash handling. Maintain an organised and tidy workspace, ensuring that products are well-displayed. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and improve customer satisfaction. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in stock management, including restocking shelves and inventory checks.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; multilingual abilities are highly valued. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths proficiency for handling transactions and providing accurate change. Organisational skills to maintain a clean and orderly work environment. A friendly demeanour with a passion for helping others, contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 13.07 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
