Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in various settings such as home care, assisted living facilities, and hospice care. Duties

Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort. Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs according to individual preferences and requirements. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel. Drive clients to appointments or social outings as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic case management practices is advantageous. Ability to administer medication safely and effectively. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Valid driver's licence is preferred for those required to drive clients. Familiarity with home care practices, hospice care, or assisted living environments is beneficial. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
