As a Care Worker at Inspired2Care, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living activities. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes or assisted living facilities. Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and medication management. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Develop positive relationships with clients and their families to promote trust and comfort. Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members. Support clients in engaging in social activities and maintaining independence.

Requirements

Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices. First aid certification is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
