We are currently looking for a

committed and compassionate night support worker

to join the care team supporting a

young adult male living in the family home

in

Costessey, Norwich

.

He has a number of

complex clinical needs

, including:

Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD)

Neuromuscular Scoliosis

Haemophilia

Respiratory support needs

, including

Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV)


Your role will involve supporting with

eating and drinking, personal care, and respiratory management

, as well as contributing to his sense of independence and wellbeing through

social interaction

and

community activities

.

He's a sociable and engaging young man who enjoys:

Trips into the community

--especially to discover new hot chocolate spots

Bowling and exploring the local area

Lego builds, board games

, and

gaming on his Xbox

at home

Shifts:

12-hour

waking night shifts

,

8:30 PM to 8:30 AM

Schedule:

Fixed rota pattern which Includes

alternate weekend working

Location:

Costessey (Norwich)
All positions can be given as a contracted fixed rota position or on a casual basis if preferred.
