Duties
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly, professional manner
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction
Maintain front desk area cleanliness, organization, and proper documentation of all guest interactions
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns or facility issues efficiently
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in resort settings
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations
Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and front desk software is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
Ability to work overnight shifts consistently while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism
Previous hotel experience with an emphasis on guest services, security protocols, and hospitality standards
