WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ...



We are looking to recruit a Guest Services Associate (Nights) to join our exceptional Front Office Team at T? Milford Waterfront. Your calm, efficient, friendly, and professional personality will shine through to every guest, along with your passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service, even during the quietest hours.

You'll be confident working independently overnight, with multi-tasking second to none, while maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ...



As a Guest Services Associate (Nights), you will ensure guests are given a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel and are roomed according to department standards, even during late arrivals. You'll be responsible for overnight guest interactions, handling queries, and supporting any late-night or early-morning needs.

You'll embrace our latest technology and ensure a consistent level of service is offered at all times, from arrival through to departure. You'll also carry out nightly audits, maintain security protocols, and ensure the smooth running of the hotel during night hours.

Extensive knowledge of the hotel and its services is essential, as is the ability to provide a high level of service to all guests and colleagues, ensuring excellence throughout the stay.
