We are a family run nursing home in Broadstone, Poole and have an Outstanding rating with the CQC (4 out of 5 Outstanding KLOEs) and a high reputation for care in the local community. We have been providing all aspects of nursing care in Poole for over 40 years.

We have a modern purpose built home with an emphasis on enhancing the wellbeing of the residents within our home. Not only does this mean providing outstanding nursing care but we are also able to promote wellbeing with the benefit of fun and stimulating surroundings. We are the only care home in the UK to have its own theatre for the production of shows and plays as well as live music, and our own pub, The Railway Tavern.

The direct involvement of our family on a daily basis means that we provide care of the highest quality within a vibrant, homely and happy environment.

Your responsibilities would be to ensure that the resident's physical, personal, psychological, spiritual and cultural needs are met, whilst promoting personal and physical independence and choice.

A good level of English is essential for understanding, speaking and writing too.
